James M. Rubin, MD is the Chief of the Allergy Division at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.  He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases affecting the sinuses, eyes, nose, lungs and skin.    Dr. Rubin is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Rubin is a graduate of Columbia University where he earned his AB degree and New York Medical College where he earned his MD degree.  His did his residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center and his Allergy Fellowship at the Jewish Hospital of Brooklyn. He is a Fellow in The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Rubin is the coauthor of numerous scientific papers on allergy topics and coauthored two textbooks.  He has been named to the “Best Doctors in New York” list consistently from 1993 to present.
